"Sea Glass Seekers "16 x 20" Acryllic on canvas 2009

Each year we visit Nova Scotia. Pictou County has lovely beaches. Our favorite is at Lower Barneys River where we many enjoy hours walking the beach looking for sea glass. In this painting I have three of my favorite people, my husband, my daughter and my sister.

Wabush Starry Night, "9 x 16", Acrylic on Board 2014

Our local arts group is constantly challenging each other to learn new techniques to grow in our painting. For this challenge we had to chose an artist and do a piece using that artists technique. I chose Van Goth and painted a scene of  Wabush Labrador by night emulating his Starry Night painting.

   My little great grand daughter loves to blow bubbles. This past summer it was her favorite pastime.
